This was a season that as you are all well aware, some some of worst, and some of the best of the Toronto Maple Leafs. From the puck drop of the opening face off, to the overtime goal that saw the Leafs win their final game of the season, we the fans have been both distraught and elated, sometimes both at the same time. As we sat and watched with our collective head in our hands and a furrowed brow, the Toronto Maple Leafs skated to one of the worst starts in the history of the NHL, we all gasped when our future star goaltender developed heart complications that required not one but to surgeries to correct.
