Another night, another loss. At least we can say in this one we saw a glimpse of heart.
After controlling the bulk of the play in the second and third period, the Leafs still couldnÆt find a way to solve Roberto Luongo (few can), and the result: a 2-1 loss at GM place at the hands of the Canucks.
The Leafs are now off to their worst start in franchise history, and this week's schedule isn't looking kind. There is, however, some good news on the horizon.
It looks as though ôThe Monsterö Jonas Gustavsson will be ready to take on Brian BurkeÆs old team, the Anaheim Ducks, this coming Monday night.
