Before the game had even begun, out from the loud speakers of Canada Hockey Place blasted the words from the Black Eyed Peas song, "Tonight's gonna be a good, good night." Little did we know how good it would really be.   But when Zach Parise scored with less than a minute left in regulation of the gold medal game, an entire Nation came to a stand-still in shock and disbelief. So close they could taste it, yet the celebration that was just seconds from beginning had be put on hold.
