In what could only be labeled as a miracle, newly acquired Denver quarterback Kyle Orton heaved a pass down the left sideline. Enveloped in a sea of orange jerseys, Cincinnati cornerback Leon Hall deflected the pass up in the air, and the game appeared to be over. Millions of fans awaited the final whistle. It never came.
