For the second consecutive day, Eli Manning has missed practice, and he could possibly miss the game on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders. While Manning hopes to play on Sunday, his status will not be certain until game time. Should Manning be unable to go, the New York Giants will turn to David Carr, the eight-year veteran who has been called everything from franchise player, to bust, to backup quarterback.
