If you believe what NFL players post on Twitter, then in a matter of hours, Terrell Owens will be a Cincinnati Bengal.  Late this afternoon, Owens replied to a tweet by the Bengals' Chad Ochocinco, all but saying he was on his way to Cincinnati to sign a contract with the Bengals.
