With parity being the name of the NFL's game in the 21st century, where last year's chump can be the next season's champ, its time to give some love to one of football's perennial losers: the New Orleans Saints.
Yes, those 'Aints.
The ones who went 13 years before recording their first winning season.
The ones who had fans show up with bags over their head in shame.
The ones who didn't win a division title until their 24th year in the league.
But now, in 2009, its time for the Saints to rise above their dismal past and go where no Bayou Bunch has gone before: the Super Bowl.
Yes, I said it, the Saints will be in Miami for Super Bowl XLIV this season as the NFC Champion, with a great chance to win the Lombardi Trophy for the first time ever.
