Going into week four Browns fans are in an uproar due to bad play on the field, coaching decisions regarding the starting quarterback, and lack of contributions by rookies and younger talent.
Eric Mangini has said several times that a younger player will get more reps when they can earns his trust.
How does a younger player go about earning that trust?
It's a double edged sword because if they don't get any in game reps than that trust will never be earned, but if they do get reps, then there is so much pressure on their shoulders to not make a single mistake and lose Mangini's trust.
