One of the last memories of Jeremiah Trotter with the Philadelphia Eagles was him hugging Brian Dawkins goodbye after he was released in 2007. Now, it appears that the third time may be a charm for Trotter and the Eagles.
After a couple of workouts, the Philadelphia Eagles announced today that they have signed linebacker Jeremiah Trotter to a one-year deal for his third stint with the team.
To make room on the roster, the team released Jeff Garcia, who signed with the Eagles two weeks ago as insurance at quarterback because of Donovan McNabbÆs rib injury.
