For years, the state of Texas had a motto: "Don't mess with Texas." On Sunday, we are expecting just the opposite. We will negate the motto: The Oakland Raiders are going to mess with the Houston Texans. Before, during and after the game, Raider Nation will be having their tailgate parties, and we will have our cyber-party. So, it's that time again.
