The New York Giants got some of their mojo back by beating the Dallas Cowboys 31-24 to sweep the season series.
This week, the G-Men played much better in every area of the game. The offense did their job and scored points. The defense got to Tony Romo and also shut down the run game. Even the special teams contributed by ripping off a huge play late in the game to seal the victory.
This was a team win if ever there was one.
Statistically, the Cowboys had a great game but they didn't do enough to win. Hakeem Nicks scored on a TD pass from Easy Eli, Brandon Jacobs (2 TD's) had a rare 74 yard TD reception and Domenik Hixon ran a punt back 79 yards for a TD. Strange and out-of-ordinary plays occurred in this game, but I'll take it.
