After a flurry of off-the-field extracurricular activity got Larry Johnson suspended a few weeks ago, the Chiefs formally cut ties with the once-dominating running back yesterday.

I never owned Johnson in a competitive league as far as I can remember, but do have a fond memory of him due to his dominating stretch run of the 2004 season. Johnson got the call to start following a Priest Holmes injury and turned in five consecutive 20+ fantasy point weeks to finish the season.
Needless to say, I was not the Johnson owner and ended up losing near the end of that season as I watched the Johnson ownerùMarc, who also writes here, by the wayùwin the fantasy championship.
