Can Sam Bradford become a viable starting fantasy quarterback? That is the question many are asking after Bradford was selected first overall by the St. Louis Rams to help turn their franchise around. To help find the answer to this question, I’ve taken a look back at the 13 quarterbacks taken in the first round since 2005. Past performance is not indicative of future success, as they say in the financial industry, but taking a look back at the success or failure of recently drafted quarterbacks can set reasonable expectations for Bradford’s career.
