Earlier this season, the Buffalo Bills signed quarterback Brian Brohm off of the Green Bay Packers' practice squad. Little did they know, he'd be starting for them before the season came to a close.
With injury, comes opportunity. Injuries to Trent Edwards and Ryan Fitzpatrick have opened the door to Brohm's entry into the offense this season.
Brohm will lead a struggling Bills team (5-9) into Atlanta this Sunday. His time with the Bills has been short, so it is up for debate whether Brohm will have a firm enough grasp of the offense, at least to be a serviceable option for the final two games of the season.
