Here we go again with another quarterback not living up to the hype in Cleveland. Brady Quinn joins the list of Charlie Frye, Tim Couch, Kelly Holcomb, etc. It seems like the same old story with a different name. There is only one difference in this case. This will come back to bite the Browns. Those other guys were at least given ample opportunity to develop their game at the NFL level. Quinn was not. In three years, he received mixed message after mixed message from the coaches. It never seemed as though the coach would ever give him the same vote of confidence that other coaches give to their young quarterback. (eg.
