I was close to ranking the Indianapolis Colts higher simply because of quarterback Peyton Manning's stellar play, but with the loss of Bob Sanders (yes, AGAIN), among other injuries, I can see Indy being one and done in the postseason yet again.

As for the Saints, they are the best team in the league for a few reasons. First of all, they have Drew Brees, arguably the best quarterback in the league not named Brady or Manning. Just look at the numbers: 106.1 QB rating, 2,336 passing yards, and 17 touchdowns to seven interceptions.

And even though Brees hasn't gone ballistic as much as last season (not that he has to), that's actually a good thing.
