I could have laughed. I could have cried. I opted for just staring at the television in disbelief. The Broncos beat the Bengals on a tipped ball that turned into an 87-yard touchdown that ripped the heart out of everyone wearing orange and black.
However, it should have never gotten to that point. In the first half, the Bengals took all five drives into Denver territory and had nothing to show for it. They out-gained the Broncos 185-91 and had the football nearly twice as long.
The Bengals trailed 3-0 going into the locker room, partly because of a bad snap on what would have been an easy field goal for Shayne Graham.
