Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has made an official announcement that the team is interested in acquiring wide receiver Terrell Owens. Even though this announcement may be in violation of the NFL's tampering policies , Harbaugh decided to let the media know what one of their intentions are in this offseason. It is well known that the Ravens have needed a true No. 1 recevier for quarterback Joe Falcco the past two season and this statement is no disrespect to current receiver Derrick Mason, but he has been past his prime for several seasons now.
