It's that time of year again. The free agency period is about to start and everybody and their uncle has an idea of what their team should do. Steelers fans have long admired the way their team operates, they are arguably one of the best run organizations in professional sports. So why is it every year around this time those same fans start clamoring for the Steelers to sign every big name free agent on the market? How soon they forget. It's not the way the Steelers do business. Pittsburgh tries to sign their own players and build through the draft.
