Since its official start last Thursday, the 2010 free agency period in the NFL has already surpassed the high expectations when it comes to player signings.
The Chicago Bears signed free agents Julius Peppers, Chester Taylor, and Brandon Manumaleuna. The Detroit Lions signed Nate Burleson and Kyle Vanden Bosch. Even the Miami Dolphins managed to sign Karlos Dansby.
