Much of the talk surrounding is whether or not the Patriots are in rebuilding mode. Many people look to their three second round picks as a way to quickly rebuild for the future. However we all know the Patriots MO in the draft; If there is a prospect they like, they trade down and secure future picks. This puts more of a premium on those late round picks they have. We all know the late round draft history of the Patriots. Edelman in the 7th, Brady and Cassel in the 6th and 7th, and Troy Brown in the 8th.
