With the "strategy" that is involved with many quarterbacks skipping the throwing aspect of the NFL Scouting Combine to throw at their respective Pro Day, it gives the more unknown quarterbacks a better chance to showcase their arm in Indianapolis and Troy's Levi Brown may be one of those benefactors.
