Yes I know, hindsight is 20/20. I think that the Blazers did a pretty good job drafting, particularly in the second round where they drafted Victor Claver (using the "draft-and-stash" strategy) with the 22nd pick and saved some money. They also got two power forwards, who appear to be solid, in the second round. Since this year has some of the best projected second round picks in recent memory, let's take an interesting look at some of the other players Portland could have picked up in the 2009 NBA draft.
