Picture this, the Chicago Bulls winning the NBA Draft Lottery even though everybody thought they had no chance to even be in the top five. Sound familiar? Two years ago the Bulls were projected to have about the tenth pick in the draft. They got extremely lucky and got the first pick, drafted Derrick Rose, and now he is their best player. As a twelve year-old sports fanatic, it will be like heaven if the Bulls once again win the lottery. Well I was thinking, if the Bulls end up winning the draft lottery this year, who do they pick?
