John Wall is no Kwame Brown. Trust me. Wall, who is expected to be the top overall pick in June's NBA Draft, seems like a surefire bet to go to the Wizards, who won the NBA Draft Lottery Tuesday night. For the Wizards, Tuesday night really was like winning the lottery. For a team that has well-documented failure in the lottery as chronicled by The Washington Post, tonight's "win" came as a shock.  The Wizards had never moved up in 12 of their last 13 opportunities in the lottery. That one opportunity where they did move up? Now that is where we get to Brown.
