You can take the troubled Jayson Williams out of the NBA, but apparently you can't take the troubles out of Jayson Williams. In light of his latest incident—in which he slammed his SUV into a tree in Manhattan, for which he is now facing DUI charges—let's take a look at all of his past run-ins with the criminal justice system. This all started in 1992, when Williams was accused of breaking a beer mug over someone's head in Chicago. He did not face criminal charges. Two years after that, Williams allegedly fired a handgun into the parking lot at the Meadowlands. Again, he was not charged.
