Why the Channing Frye title? I guess because I like the guy and am happy for his success in Phoenix. Another possible explanation: I want to be distracted from the Blazers. Frye's new situation has him running the court and launching three pointers. He's good at that. So far Frye is 12th overall in three-point field goal percentage , and an astounding fourth in three point makes per game . Over 62 percent of his points this season have come from the deep-ball (only seven percent of his points have come from free throws), and he already has scored more points than he did all of last season with Portland .
