The Chicago Bulls simply were beat in Game One in the team's best of seven series against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Cavs not only shot better from the field and shot more free throws, but also beat the Bulls in those "nasty" categories.
The Cavs outrebounded the Bulls 50-38, including 13 offensive boards, and had 12 blocks to the Bulls' seven.
The good news for the Bulls is that they won the turnover battle 14-18 and had more steals.
The bad news is that the Bulls could never overcome the team's slow start. The Bulls won quarters two through four by one point, but unfortunately the game of basketball has four quarters.
Going into Game Two, the Bulls have a new plan. Get nasty.
