The NBA All-Star game has always been a showcasing of talented athletes, gathering once every mid-season, to display their skills.
Nonetheless, every year, a slew of the league's top performers fail to participate in these gaudy festivities.
This is naturally due to fan perception of who has played like an "All-Star?"
There are those select players that radiate productivity and are recognized for it. Players like, Dwight Howard, LeBron James, and Dwyane Wade. But there are others who fail to be acknowledged for their potency.
David Lee for example, of the New York Knicks, is more productive than either Shaquille O'Neal or Andrea Bargnani. Despite this however, Lee ranks behind centers like Tyson Chandler and Brad Miller, who only own a negligible 60,839 votes combined.
