Not much has gone right for the Washington Wizards organization in the 2009-2010 NBA season.
They had two players suspended because they brought guns into the locker room, traded away the faces of their franchise in Antawn Jamison and Caron Butler, and they recorded a dismal 26-56 record to bring up last place in the Southeast division.
All of that just got a little better when they pulled off the upset of the draft lottery and won the rights to draft either Evan Turner or John Wall.
The Wizards were originally projected to be picking fifth overall, but the balls bounced their way and brought some good fortune to an organization that has had anything but luck this season.
The only question that remains is who will the Wizards, and the rest of the lottery, select in the 2010 NBA Draft?
