Now that the 2010 NBA Draft has been concluded, what direction must the Miami Heat take? Most fans hope they will try to go after Wade and two other top tier players.
That isn't really a good idea. Boston and Los Angeles are proof that it takes more than just big names to get to the top of the mountain. You need to have capable role players to balance things out.
LeBron James had the best team this regular season but they didn't fare any better than the fifth seeded Heat and Dwyane Wade. So what must Miami do?
Currently, the Heat have four very good building blocks to work with: Dwyane Wade (if he doesn't leave), Michael Beasley, Mario Chalmers, and Dexter Pittman (the 6'11" and 303 pound rookie center).
