So you can clearly see that there aren't many pictures of Luis Noel, my #29 ranked prospect in the system. Maybe that's because he's flying that far under the radar...or maybe because there aren't any pictures of the kid.
Noel flew WAAAAY under the radar this season. Hampered by visa issues, he wasn't able to return to the States for full-season ball, where he likely would have made the jump to High A Frederick as a 22 year old. Instead, Noel stayed put and played for the O's Dominican Summer League team, pitching extremely well. Noel finished the season with a 4-5 record and a 2.99 ERA.
