He was just the remedy the St. Louis Cardinals needed after the 20-inning marathon loss against the New York Mets on Saturday.  Adam Wainwright pitched a complete game in a 5-3 victory on Sunday to improve to three wins on the season. Combined with pitching 24 innings coupled with 22 strikeouts, he's certainly on track to improve on his 2009 campaign and to win yet another Cy Young Award.  However, caution does need to tame expectations of the Georgia native as he showed kinks in his proverbial armor. However, he is clearly among the pitching elite and trying to find flaws in his game is almost reserved for nit-picking.  For one, his fastball was not as near as dominant as it had been in his last start.
