In recent years, Orioles fans have had some pretty tough years.
They've lost.
They've been mutilated.
They've been downright embarrassed.
I've seen some very devoted fans from that Orioles organization, and I kind of feel sorry for them—especially since I'm a Yankees fan (I bet a lot of people will stop reading now).
But I watched them play a good Tampa Bay Rays team, and they didn't look too bad.
Sure, they lost two out of three, but they played well and had a lead at most points in the games, it seemed.
With young guys like Matt Wieters and experienced veterans like Brian Roberts, they look like a good team, and O's fans should have a reason to be excited for the home opener against the Blue Jays.
Now, that doesn't mean they'll be this year's Cinderella. Absolutely not.
