How do you decide which division in Major League Baseball is the best? Last year, I attempted to do this and went as far as ranking the divisions, from worst to first. My pick for best team was unpopular, and I’m here to say I was wrong. At least in terms of what actually unfolded, I was dead wrong. The NL East turned out to be not even one of the top two divisions in baseball last year, just based off the research I did after all was said and done. Sure, they sent a team to the World Series, but they didn’t have two playoff teams, and against their NL competition and in interleague play, there were better overall divisions.
