San Francisco 49ers Quarterback Question for the Preseason

Mike Singletary has nailed down that Alex Smith is the starter going into 2010, but how will the rest of these guys pan out? Are there even enough snaps in the preseason to tell?

Julius Peppers was shipped to Chicago, Jake Delhomme was considered expendable, and Thomas Davis suffered the second serious knee injury of his career.
