YouÆve been invited to participate in Fantasy TraderÆs fantasy football roundtable.
This weekÆs topic : ôSecond verse, same as the firstàöááWho were you a year early with? One of youráundervalued playersáfrom 2009 that did not pan out, yet you remain high on.

My response : Joseph Addai outperformed my expectations in 2009 with 1,164 total yards (828 rushing, 336 receiving) and 13 total TDs (10 rushing, ...
So you didnÆt land Zack Greinke or Chris Carpenter. ThatÆs OK, there are still plenty of value pitchers to help you post a low ERA.
Brett Anderson, Oakland AÆsá Anderson had a solid rookie debut posting an 11-11 record with a 4.06 ERA. I expect the win total to increase and the ERA to dip below the 4.00 mark.
Scott Baker, Minnesota Twins Baker posted a 4.37 ERA, but is much ...

HereÆs a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Matt Barnes, Orlando Magic Barnes had 16 points against the Sixers on 6-7 shooting. HeÆs been quiet of late so only use him in daily leagues.
Jrue Holiday, Philadelphia 76ers Holiday had 23 points and 6 assists for Philly. HeÆs averaging 13.3 points and 4.3 assists in his past four games.
Bill Walker, New York ...
NFL Free Agency: Possible Destinations for Thomas Jones
Posted: 2nd March 2010 by Ryan Lester in NFL
Even with Brian Westbrook and LaDainian Tomlinson in the same unemployment line as Thomas Jones will find himself in on Friday, donÆt look for Jones to struggle to find a new home. Both of those backs have dealt with injuries, while Jones is a model of good health.
He keeps himself in tip-top shape. I know heÆll turn 32 before the season kicks off, but heÆs got a couple of good ...
Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night. DeJuan Blair, San Antonio Spurs Blair had 14 points and 7 boards against the Suns. He's a decent option in daily leagues for points, rebounds, and field goal percentage.
Arron Afflalo, Denver Nuggets Afflalo had 16 points against the Lakers. He's a decent daily option for points, and three-pointers.
Al Thornton, Washington Wizards ...
So you didnÆt land C.C. Sabathia or Roy Halladay. ThatÆs OK, there are still plenty of value pitchers to help you rack up the wins.
Mark Buehrle, Chicago White Sox He is often overlooked because of his lack of strikeouts. However, he consistently wins around 15 games with a sub-4.00 ERA and a solid WHIP. HeÆs a low risk, low reward player, but a nice addition to any fantasy staff.
Ted ...

Fantasy Baseball Preview: Don’t Forget about Cristian Guzman
Posted: 27th February 2010 by Ryan Lester in MLB
It’s easy to overlook Guzman. After all, he could play shortstop for the Nationals this year, or if they feel Ian Desmond is ready, he could play second base.
Besides, he’s never scored 90 runs in a season, has little to no power, and is a far cry from the player who stole 53 bases in 2000 and 2001 for the Twins.
That doesn’t mean that Guzman doesn’t hold any fantasy value ...
Here’s my third look at the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
1. St. Louis Rams: Jimmy Clausen, QB, Notre Dame
While I think the Rams should take Suh or McCoy here, I think they’ll fall into the trap of taking a QB. I’m afraid the salary structure of the NFL draft, which desperately needs to be adjusted, plays a huge role in this decision.
2. Detroit Lions: Ndamukong Suh, ...

Ersan Ilyasova, Milwaukee Bucks
Ilyasova had 16 points and 12 rebounds for the Bucks. HeÆs up and down, but worth owning. I wouldnÆt use him in weekly leagues, but is a decent option in daily ones.

Taj Gibson, Chicago Bulls
With Joakim Noah still out, Gibson had 14 points on 6-of-7 shooting with nine rebounds.

Rasho Nesterovic, Toronto Raptors
