Steelers Picking in the Top Half of 2010 Draft? The NFL Should Be Scared
Posted: 13th December 2009 by Nick Signorelli in NFL
As the Steelers 2009 season continues to crumble, the word "Steelers" is being used as a punchline to all of those teams that hate the Black and Gold.
The haters are coming out of the woodwork.áKeep laughing, it won't be lasting long.
Pittsburgh is assured of finishing the 2009 season with a record between 6-10 and 9-7. That means, come the 2010 NFL Draft, the Steelers will be picking between No. 10 ...
Pittsburgh Steelers Fans Can Once Again Hate the Cleveland Browns
Posted: 12th December 2009 by Nick Signorelli in NFL
Dear Cleveland Browns Fans,
OK, that's it!á Now we hate you again!
Love,
Steeler Nation
I will never forget the day I heard the Cleveland Browns were losing their team. Art Modell (I don't care if I spelled it wrong. It is not worth looking up!)áwas moving the team to Baltimore. There would be no more Browns, at least not our hated rivals. They were moving to Baltimore, and becoming the Ravens.
My heart actually ...
Time to Concede the 2009 Season? The Fat Lady Is Starting To Sing!
Posted: 7th December 2009 by Nick Signorelli in NFL
I have fought, fought, and fought some more. The Steelers are not the team that won the Super Bowl last year. As hard of a fact that it is to swallow, it is one that has to go down anyway.
I have argued with many people who have said for weeks that the season was over for the Black and Gold. Called some idiots, some bandwagon hoppers, and other just argued ...

Last Week 12-4
It just dawned on me that there are only four weeks left to the NFL season. Why is it that the regular season goes so quickly, but the off season seems to take FOREVER?!
Here is to hoping that someone starts a league that actually plays during the NFL off season, so at least we will have some real football to watch.
Five Star Picks of the Week!

AFC Playoff Breakdown: All the Seeds and Who Is Going to Miami
Posted: 1st December 2009 by Nick Signorelli in NFL
With a chip on their shoulder the size of the UPMC building, the Steelers are preparing for their final push to the playoffs. As Mike Tomlin stated, "We will unleash Hell here in December."
Put to the side everything that has happened to this point in the season, because at this point, none of it mattersùAT ALL!
The Steelers sit at 6-5, but in control of their own destiny. Pittsburgh's shot at ...
Steelers Band Wagon Is Leaving the Station: If You Want Off, Get Off!
Posted: 1st December 2009 by Nick Signorelli in NFL
There are two types of Steelers fans.áThose that are the REAL fans, and those that are the bandwagon hoppers.
Those that are the real fans, are some times unrealistic. They believe that the Steelers are un-beatable. They believe that no team can even compete with them. They believe that position by position, there is not a team in the NFL that can even come close to matching them. And if the ...
Steelers Must Go Old School Against Ravens: Win It With Defense
Posted: 28th November 2009 by Nick Signorelli in NFL
I have said numerous times this year, that this is not your parent's Pittsburgh Steelers football team. No longer is this unit forced to run the ball on first and second down, then hope for a decent pass on third.
The 2009 Steelers can win in the air. Ben Roethlisberger is one of the NFL elite, and they normally rely on him to take the game over, when it is on ...
When the NFL schedule was released, Steelers and Ravens fans alike were shocked that these two AFC powerhouses would not meet until this late in the season. It does make some sense, building the anticipation for the battle.
Not only that, but this late in the season, the games would take on more meaning. With two games left to play in the last six, these two teams would have to win ...
NFL Week 12 Picks, Predictions, and Upset Specials Galore!

Last Week 14-2
My best week to date. The only two games I got wrong were the Steelers losing to the Chiefs (who didn't get that one wrong?), and the Bengals at the Raiders (again, predicted this?).
I also picked two of the three upset specials, hitting on the 49ers covering against the Packers, and the Colts defeating the Ravens.
I called for the Saints to beat the Bucs, but thought that ...
Can the Steelers Run the Table and Win the AFC North?
Posted: 23rd November 2009 by Nick Signorelli in NFL
Having lost to the Cincinnati Bengals twice this year, winning the AFC North is going to be a tall task for the defending Super Bowl champions. With six games left to play, the Steelers are going to need help to complete that task.
First, the Bengals will have to lose two games more than the Steelers in order for the Steelers to over take them for the crown.

Bengals' remaining games
