Tennessee Titans: 10 Reasons Why Vince Young Will Redeem Himself in 2010
Posted: 21st June 2010 by Double D in NFL
Vince Young sure doesn't need to redeem himself from troubles on the field. He took care of that last season.
After an unpredictable 0-6 start, Young took over under center and led the Tennessee Titans to an 8-2 finish.
Young answered his critics. He stayed calm and composed in the pocket, he executed traditional NFL reads, and he was a passer first, scrambler second.
After overcoming LP Field boos, being benched, and a ...
2010 Philadelphia Eagles Mock Draft: Revitalized Defensive Intensity
Posted: 11th April 2010 by Double D in NFL
The Philadelphia Eagles 2009 season couldn't have ended worse with two straight blow outs to their bitter rival the Dallas Cowboys.
The front office blew up the roster this offseason releasing Brian Westbrook and Shawn Andrews, and trading Donovan McNabb and Sheldon Brown. They are obviously trying to get younger, and with eleven draft picks, that should be an easy task. They also have enough picks to ...

There have been rumors around the league that the Tennessee Titans have interest in trading for Albert Haynesworth.
Haynesworth openly voiced his displeasure with the Washington Redskins' coaching staff and players throughout a disappointing season. The Redskins switch to a 3-4 defense has forced Haynesworth to play defensive end or nose tackle; neither position is familiar to him.

Countless trade rumors have emerged this past week involving Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb to the Oakland Raiders.
This whole situation is very wrong for two reasons.
The first ignored value is the Eagles taking trade offers for their franchise quarterback. Only about half of the teams in the league have a legit franchise quarterback with absolutely no question marks at the position.
Donovan McNabb has the third highest winning percentage of all active quarterbacks, ...

Tennessee Titans 2010 Mock Draft (Post-Free Agency and Combine)
Posted: 17th March 2010 by Double D in NFL
The Tennessee Titans entered free agency with major weaknesses at defensive end, cornerback, and outside linebacker.
Tennessee’s often hesitant front office created a big splash on day five of the signing period after agreeing to terms with Will Witherspoon, therefore eliminating the need at outside linebacker.
Yes, it isn’t actually “post” free-agency, but the meat of the free agency deals are a part of the past. At this point, there are not ...
