Two of the NFL’s best young players are currently holding out for larger contracts during the early part of this year’s offseason.
Both Chris Johnson and Darrelle Revis are not practicing for their respective teams as they fight for new contracts. Both had monster seasons for the Titans and the Jets last year and do deserve more guaranteed money from their franchises.
Last year, Johnson put up 2,006 total rushing yards, 5th all-time. Johnson is set to make only $550,000 for the upcoming season. Johnson is one of the top two rushers in the league and may be even more valuable to his team then Adrian Peterson.
