What started off as a tremendous draft on day one, turned to a sour direction the rest of the way for the Houston Texans.
Great Start, Sour Following
The Texans picked up a tough corner with Kareem Jackson in round one, and repaired their backfield with a stellar bell-cow type back in Ben Tate.
But the next three picks went downhill, taking an undersized defensive tackle, an unnecessary linebacker, and a misplaced tight end.
Houston also never addressed the safety position, a void that many Texans supporters, myself included, felt was the most necessary to fill prior to the release of cornerback Dunta Robinson.
