While most people had their eyes on the 2010 offseason already, 2009 proved to be very busy and exciting itself. Many moves where made that had the potential to bring teams to the next level. Others raised eyebrows and brought some doubts. Interestingly, it seems like most deals that looked good haven't turned out as well as many that did not look so good. For example, Turkoglu has been a complete bust in Toronto, while Zach Randolph became an All-Star and kept Memphis in the playoff conversation for a long time.
