Just one day after firing head coach Dick Jauron (or Dick The Cadaver, considering how he carried himself), the Buffalo Bills have contacted their ideal candidateùsomeone just a little more qualified.
Okay, that is an understatement if there was ever one.
According to sources and ESPN's NFL insider Adam "The Iron Schef" Schefter, Buffalo has contacted/in the process of arranging a meeting with former Denver Broncos coach Mike Shanahan.
Shanahan coached the Denver Broncos from 1995-2008. He won two Super Bowls in 1997 and 1998 with a little help from some dudes named John Elway and Terrell Davis.
Besides his brilliant tan, Shanahan would be a significant upgrade from Jauron, due to his winning pedigree and great judgment of talentùmostly on the offensive side of the ball.
