Over the past couple of weeks, there has been an increase in the amount of typical rumor mill garbage that has surfaced about the Oilers. I say garbage, because 99 percent of what's out there isn't usually very accurate.
It's likely no coincidence that stirrings began when Edmonton dipped in the NHL standings.
