Reports are already flying out of Chicago before the scheduled 2 p.m., CST press conference at Halas Hall about sweeping changes that are coming for the Chicago Bears.

Cleveland Browns playmaker Josh Cribbs has taken a stand for his head coach, Eric Mangini.
Cribbs sent out a message around 11pm on Monday Jan. 4 via Twitter saying, "I believe coach Mangini should be our coach again...Period."
